Outdoor Kitchens — what you get
Texas evenings are made for cooking outside. A real outdoor kitchen — not a grill on wheels — gives you counter space, cold storage, a real vent hood and light to work by, so the cook is part of the party instead of stuck at the back door.
We build the island, run the utilities and put the whole thing under a cover, so it works in August sun and a March thunderstorm alike.

Most outdoor kitchens projects we build are designed at the same time as the patio cover over it, pool and stone and stucco finishes — that is the whole point of one team drawing the yard before anyone digs.
What moves the number on an outdoor kitchen
We do not publish a price range, because a number that ignores your yard is not a quote — it is a guess you would have to un-learn later. These are the things that actually change the figure, and we will price them honestly at the design visit.
- Length of the run and how much of it is counter versus appliance
- Appliance grade — a built-in grill, side burner, fridge and ice maker each carry their own line
- Countertop material and the veneer on the base: stucco, stone or brick to match the house
- How far the gas, water and power have to be trenched from the house
- Whether it sits under an existing cover or needs one built over it

That’s the point. One design, one crew and one schedule for the whole backyard, so the pieces fit each other instead of being bolted on one at a time.
Before You Commit to Outdoor Kitchens
- Start with how you actually cook. A built-in grill, a side burner, a smoker, a pizza oven, a fridge and a sink are all different footprints. The island is sized around the ones you will use.
- Run the services with the build. Gas, water and power come from the house and are permitted. Designing them in is straightforward; adding them later means digging up finished work.
- Put it under cover. A kitchen in full August sun does not get used. Most sit under a patio cover, with the lighting planned over the working side.

We draw the job, file the permit with your city and follow it through review. Where an HOA needs a submittal, we prepare the drawings it asks for.
